Tools required
- Tape Measure
- Electric Drill Driver
- 1/16" drill bit
- Screw Driver
- Utility Knife
- Dry-erase marker or pencil
Door removal
It's highly recommended to remove the closet door before installation. This would provide much easier access to the closet and prevents damage to the door hinges. To remove the door, remove all 6 screws (2 for each hinge) from bottom to top. Note - remove the screws on the wall, not the screws on the door
Clean the wall
Use paper towel and household spray cleaner to clean the closet walls.

Removing support material from 3D printed brackets
The joint of upper front brackets has support material that needs to be removed before installation:
Most of it can be peeled off, and the remaining can be removed with a utility knife:
After you remove it, you should be able to create a flush joint with front and back bracket as shown below:

Double sided tape backing
A small roll of double sided tape is included in the kit, please apply about 3 inches to the back of each brackets. It helps place the bracket on the wall before they are screwed onto walls. It also provide additional shear strength once the brackets are screwed onto wall. Note they are non-permanent tape so they can be removed without damaging wall surfaces.
